Чернігівський хлібозавод № 2: історія та сучасність

Abstract

Мета статті – представити історію Чернігівського хлібокомбінату № 2, розповісти про роботу хлібокомбінату в складних умовах воєнного стану 2022 р. Спираючись на свідчення респондентів, оприлюднити умови роботи та виголосити прізвища «стійких, сталевих» працівників підприємства, які забезпечували Чернігів, а після звільнення Чернігівщини від рашистів – ще й райони області хлібом. Методологічну основу становить сукупність загальнонаукових і конкретно-історичних принципів та методів, провідну роль серед яких відіграло практичне використання можливостей та інструментарію усної історії – метод збору польових матеріалів. У процесі опрацювання зібраного матеріалу використовувалися комплексний та системний аналіз, узагальнення, класифікація та зіставлення, статистичний та реконструктивний методи. Наукова новизна. Запропонований матеріал є однією з перших спроб вивчення перебігу російської агресії на рівні роботи окремого підприємства – Чернігівського хлібокомбінату № 2 та долі його працівників. Здійснено фіксацію та узагальнення фактичного матеріалу, що може стати в пригоді під час формування джерельної бази, історіографічного підґрунтя для написання як історії хлібокомбінату, так і праць з історії російсько-української війни. Висновки. У хронологічній послідовності представлено історію Чернігівського хлібокомбінату № 2. Установлено, яких збитків завдав виробничій діяльності підприємства російський напад, схарактеризовано емоційно-психологічний стан працівників, особливості їхньої поведінки в надзвичайних умовах.

The purpose of the article is to present the history of Chernihiv bread factory № 2, to tell about the work of the bakery in the difficult conditions of martial law in 2022. Based on the testimony of respondents, publicize working conditions and announce names of the «steady, steely» employees of the enterprise who supplied Chernihiv, and after the liberation of Chernihiv region from the rashists, also provided regions of the district with bread. The methodological basis is a set of general scientific and specific historical principles and methods, the leading role among which was played by the practical use of the opportunities and tools of oral history – the method of collecting field materials. In the process of processing the collected material, complex and systematic analysis, generalization, classification and comparison, statistical and reconstructive methods were used. Scientific novelty. The proposed material is one of the first attempts to study the course of Russian aggression at the level of work of a separate enterprise – Chernihiv bread factory № 2 and the fate of its employees. The author has recorded and summarised factual material that can be useful in forming a source base and historiographical basis for writing both the history of the bread factory and works on the history of the Russian-Ukrainian war. Conclusions. The history of Chernihiv bread factory № 2 is presented in chronological order. It is established what damages the Russian attack caused to the production activity of the enterprise, the emotional and psychological state of the workers, peculiarities of their behavior in emergency conditions are characterized.
