Институционная структура ипотечного рынка жилья на Украине

Abstract

Ипотечный жилищный рынок Украины на современном этапе своего развития имеет определенную институционную структуру. Она представлена следующими основными участниками: ипотечные кредиторы (коммерческие и государственные банки Украины), государство в лице Государственного фонда содействия молодежному жилищному строительству в Украине, Государственного ипотечного учреждения, Государственного фонда поддержки индивидуального жилищного строительства на селе; Украинская национальная ипотечная ассоциация; ПАО «Агентство по рефинансированию ипотечных жилищных кредитов»; покупатели жилья в кредит (заемщики).

Іпотечний житловий ринок України на сучасному етапі свого розвитку має певну інституційну структуру. Вона представлена наступними основними учасниками: іпотечні кредитори (комерційні і державні банки України), держава в особі Державного фонду сприяння молодіжному житлобудівництву в Україні, Державної іпотечної установи, Державного фонду підтримки індивідуального житлобудівництва на селі; Українська національна іпотечна асоціація; ПАО "Агентство по рефінансуванню іпотечних житлових кредитів"; покупці житла в кредит (позичальники).

The mortgage housing market of Ukraine on the modern stage of the development has a certain institutional structure. In the article the basic and attendant institutes of modern mortgage market of accommodation are enumerated on Ukraine, directions of their functioning and results of their activity are analysed. At the mortgage market of accommodation on Ukraine now basic participants are: mortgage кредиторы (commercial and state jars of Ukraine, that worked out and will realize the own mortgage housing programs, and also that cooperate with the state on the government mortgage housing programs, unbank financial establishments); jars that carry out refunding of mortgage creditors; state in the person of the State fund of assistance to the youth housing in Ukraine, Public mortgage institution, State backing of the individual housing fund on a mud flow; Ukrainian national mortgage association; ПАО "Agency on refunding of mortgage housing loans"; customers of accommodation in credit (borrowers).
