О социокультурной специфике субъектности территориальной общины: организационный аспект

Abstract

There are presented theoretical and methodical bases for study on organizational structure of territorial community as a subject of local authorities; the authors use social, cultural and synergistic paradigms. The article includes the data of empirical research on social and cultural features of organizational structure of Ukrainian Territorial community. There are revealed the social and value forms determining social and cultural features of community's organizational structure.
