Результаты исследования смогут стать теоретической основой для разработки нормативных психофизиологических показателей для профессионального отбора водителей троллейбуса и практических рекомендаций относительно улучшения качества профотбора желающих учиться по направлению службы занятости по профессии водитель троллейбуса, при проведении конкурентного отбора претендентов на вакантное место, а также могут быть использованы при изучении раздела "Физиология труда" на кафедрах физиологии высших учебных заведений.
On the base of professional orientation organizing department of the Ternopil regional employment center were tested 42 male persons in age from 28 to 46 years from the number of unemployed persons directed by employment service, which wants to be a trolleybus drivers.
During research in tested persons were determined: concentration, switching, distributing, attention volume, speed of reference searching motions of look in a stress situation and operative visual memory volume.
Received results of the condition of attention research and operative visual memory in unemployed persons, which wants to possess the trolleybus driver profession, testify that: attention condition and level of operative visual memory of explored does not depend on age; with high or intermediate attention concentration level in tested unemployed persons we can find the high indexes of performance rate and switching of attention.
Besides, exist the direct interdependence between indexes of operative visual memory and attention concentration; that is to say at the high volume of operative visual memory the we note the high level of attention concentration and, similarly, at the high level of attention concentration - high indexes of operative visual memory volume.
Research results can be used as a theoretical basis for development of normative psycho-physiological indexes for the professional selection of trolleybus drivers and practical recommendations for the improvement of professional selection quality; also during performing competitive selection of applicants on vacant place, and can be used for the study of section "Physiology of labor" on the human physiology departments in higher educational institutions.
