Анотація:
It was found out experimentally by means of shooting that swimming velocities of Mustela lutreola L., Myocastor coypus M o l l., Ondatra zibethica L. and Castor fiber L. depend on frequency and amplitude of work of hind limbs, main organs of locomotion in water. It is determined that with the similar swimming velocities the frequency of the motile organ work increases in the series: Castor fiber L.— Ondatra zibethica L.— Myocastor coypus M o l l.— Mustela lutreola L. while the amplitude in this series decreases. Indexes of the rowing surface of hind limbs are given. They are the best in Castor fiber L., then follow Ondatra zibethica L., Myocastor coypus M o I l. and Mustela lutreola L.
