Доля пам’ятки архітектури місцевого значення: кінотеатр імені Щорса в Чернігові

Abstract

Мета статті – представити історію типового кінотеатру радянських часів на прикладі кінотеатру імені Щорса в Чернігові; прослідкувати, як впливав кінематограф на виховання радянської людини; познайомити з причинами та методами створення культу Щорса у 1930-х рр.; проаналізувати процес відновлення кінотеатру після його руйнування у післявоєнні часи, часткові реставраційні роботи у 1960-х рр., після пожежі 1993 р., а також виділення коштів на його постійне вдосконалення як установи культурно-масового використання; визначити значення кінотеатру для місцевого населення в різні періоди життя міста; оприлюднити імена очільників установи, згадати випробування, які вони долали заради функціонування кінотеатру; прокоментувати сьогодення пам’ятки культури місцевого значення. Наукова новизна статті полягає у тому, що пропонується виклад більш повної історії кінотеатру імені Щорса, представлено автора проєкту споруди – художника-архітектора П.Ф. Савича. Методологічну основу роботи становлять принципи цілісності, системності, історизму та об’єктивності, що дозволило досягти неупередженості та забезпечило комплексне дослідження проблеми. Використані фактично всі загальні методи дослідження: емпіричні, комплексні, теоретичні та ряд спеціальних методів наукового дослідження: групування, компонентного аналізу. Висновки відповідають поставленій меті дослідження: ми прослідкували історію пам’ятки архітектури місцевого значення – з моменту виголошення будівництва 1935 р. до сьогодення, коли вже змінилися часи, ціннісні орієнтири, інтереси містян. Важливо вказати, що комунальна установа «Чернігівський обласний молодіжний центр» ЧОР зберегла функції кінотеатру: тут проходять кінопокази, кінопрезентації. Крім цього, проводять семінари, конференції, тренінги, лекції, форуми тощо. Споруда 30-х рр. ХХ ст. продовжує служити людям та тішити їх новими проєктами.

The purpose of the article is to present the history of a typical Soviet-era cinema on the example of the Shchors cinema in Chernihiv; to trace how cinema influenced in the education of the Soviet people; to acquaint with the reasons and methods of creation of the cult of Shchors in the 30s of the last century; to analyze the restoration of the cinema after its destruction in the postwar period, partial restoration work in the 60s, after the fire of 1993, as well as the allocation of funds for its continuous improvement as an institution for cultural usage, to determine importance of the cinema to the local population on the periods of city life; to announce the names of the heads of the institution, to remember the trials they overcame for the functioning of the cinema; comment on the present of cultural monument of local importance. The scientific novelty of the article is that it offers a complete history of the cinema named after Shchors, presented by the author of the project of the artist-architect from Kyiv P.F. Savich. The methodological basis of the work is the principles of integrity, systematization, historicism and objectivity, which allowed to achieve impartiality and provided a comprehensive study of the problem. Virtually all general research methods are used: empirical, complex, theoretical and a number of special research methods such as grouping and component analysis. The conclusions correspond to the purpose of the study: we traced the history of the architectural monument of local significance from the proclamation of construction in 1935 to the present, when times, values, interests of locals popullation have changed. It is important to point out that the Chernihiv Regional Youth Center has retained the functions of a cinema – film screenings and film presentations take place there. In addition, seminars, conferences, trainings, lectures, forums, etc. are held in Center too. Building of the 30s of the XX century continues to serve people and delight them with new projects.
