Приведены данные о фауне, особенностях распространения, экологии и биологии моллюсков подсемейства Pseudanodontinae из водоемов Украины, а также сведения, о численности и биомассе популяций Pseudanodonta complanata (Ziegler in Rossmaessler, 1835) и P. kletti (Rossmaessler, 1835). Наличие P. elongata в фауне Украины не подтверждено. Даны морфометрические характеристики раковин этих видов, которые рядом западноевропейских авторов рассматриваются в качестве подвидов P. complanata s. lato. Обсуждаются вопросы диагностики и распространения указанных таксонов. Показано, что оба вида являются редкими и нуждаются в охране.; The data on fauna, ecological preferences and biology of species of the genus Pseudanodonta from Ukraine are summarised. Quantitative data (abundance and biomass) and morphometry are provided for some populations of Pseudanodonta complanata (Ziegler in Rossmaessler, 1835) and P. kletti (Rossmaessler, 1835) treated by Ukrainian reviewers as distinct species and by some West European authors as subspecies of P. complanata s. lato. Taxonomy, diagnostics and distribution of these forms are briefly discussed. Both of them proved to be rare in the studied territory and need protection. Результаты работы подтверждают оценку современного статуса широкоушки как редкого и уязвимого вида, что соответствует охранной категории «3» в Красной книге Украины (1994) и категории Уи: А2с согласно градации Международного союза охраны природы (ШСЫ, 1996).; The paper is based on the analysis of more than 70 published records of the Barbastelle (Barbastella barbastellus Schreber, 1774) in Ukraine since 1840 up to the present time. The results of the work confirm an estimation of the present status of Barbastelle as a rare and vulnerable species that corresponds to the protection category “3” in the Red Date Book of Ukraine (1994) and the VU: A2c category according to the International Union for Conservation Nature Grade (IUCN, 1996).
