Наведено розроблену автором модель оцінки ефективності праці кожного працівника на підставі таких критеріїв: 1) професійна компетентність; 2) креативність; 3) відповідальність;4) лідерство; 5) урівноваженість рис характеру, доброзичливість, толерантність, вміння находити компроміси; 6) управлінські навички та вміння; 7) загальний стан здоров’я. Результати оцінок ефективності праці персоналу були використані при розробці оптимального плану призначення працівників за видами робіт з урахуванням критерію ефективності на енергетичному підприємстві газотранспортної сфери.; Приведена разработанная автором модель оценки эффективности труда каждого работника на основе таких критериев, как: 1) профессиональная компетентность; 2) креативность; 3) ответственность; 4) лидерство; 5) уравновешенность черт характера, доброжелательность, толерантность, умение находить компромиссы;6) управленческие навыки и умения; 7) общее состояние здоровья. Результаты оценок эффективности труда персонала использованы при разработке оптимального плана назначения работников по видам работ с учетом критерия эффективности на энергетическом предприятии газотранспортной сферы.; In the paper the author’s model of evaluation of labor efficiency for each worker is submitted. The model is based on using such criteria as: 1. Professional competency; 2. Creativity; 3. Responsibility;Leadership; 5. Individual features of character; 6. Managerial skills and knowledge; 7. General assessment of health. The results of evaluation of labor efficiency of workers were used in optimal planning of workers assignment by the type of work based on the efficiency criterion. Разработаны рекомендации, направленные на усиление контроля над формированием финансовых результатов работы коксохимических предприятий с учетом отраслевых особенностей.; The paper analyzes and presents the dynamics of net sales and financial performance of chemical-recovery industry of Ukraine for the period from 2007 to 2013. Minor profitability and profit loss indicate the artificial correction of financial performance. The owners of businesses do it in order to evade taxation and withdrawal of assets from economic circulation with the help of optimization schemes.These schemes include manipulations with prices of raw materials; reception of raw materials with distorted quality indicators; rationing of materials consumption; manufacturing of unaccounted products; profit transfer by illegal means. Revealed inconsistencies and contradictions that arise under the influence of negative factors are caused by the shadow economy. The relationship between the unreasonably high cost index and a decrease in revenues of income tax is detected. A negative impact of optimization schemes on the financial results of companies is revealed. All this makes it possible to artificially adjust its financial statements. The reasons and ways of manipulating the cost of production are detected. These include: the complexity of the production technology; the presence of many technological schemes; the production of a wide range of products; the imperfection of fixed and related products; the lack of effective methodologies for material balances. All this can lead to significant deficiencies in the product costing. The paper reveals a technique of estimation of material balances. It will identify significant reserves to reduce the net cost of production. There are, also, recommendations aimed at strengthening control over the formation of the financial results of cokechemical enterprises.
