The frequency dependence of the equivalent nonlinear frequency dependent active resistance and the equivalent nonlinear frequency dependent capacitance is investigated from the input influence at its different working voltages. The analytical expression was obtained which allows to find the values of the electrochemical capacitor parameters at the different frequencies and voltages its charge. The diagram is given that represents the experimental values approximation results of the nonlinear impedance by means of the development nonlinear mathematical model of the electrochemical capacitor.

The structural diagram of the single-channel laser frequency-phase rangefinder system that can be used to determine linear displacement and vibration parameters has been considered. Feature of the device is the introduction of its algorithm mode optical calibration, designed to reduce the influence of phase distortions that occur in high frequency circuits, as well as the instability characteristics of electronic measuring units. Emerging with additional measurement errors has been evaluated and methods to reduce them have been suggested. A comparative evaluation of phase and frequency phase meters of displacement has been evaluated. It is noted that the resolution of the frequency-phase systems with some increase of their hardware expenditures is higher than that of phase systems.

The mail scientific results are discussed which were obtained in the department of theoretical electrical engineering of the Institute of electrodynamics of Ukrainian National Academy of Sciences on the outcome of the implementation of scientific work ”Complex-2 ", which was performed during the 2000–2010 period. Researches were conducted in the main areas of department’s work: development of theory and creation of effective analytical methods of research of processes in nonlinear electric circuits; development of asymptotic methods of numerical-analytical computation of the electromagnetic systems; development of theory and methods of the practical use of the informative-measuring systems of statistical diagnostics of power electrical equipment; development of mathematical models and numerical research of the linked electromagnetic, mechanical and acoustic fields in the power electrical equipment.
