В кінці 20-го сторіччя на фоні активізації епізоотійного і епідемічного процесів в природних вогнищах чуми, жовтої лихоманки і стабільно неблагополучної епідемічної ситуації по холері виявляється велика група нових особливо небезпечних інфекційних захворювань (геморагічні лихоманки Ласса, Ебола, Марбург, Віл-інфекція, хвороба Крейцфельда- Якоба і ін.), більшість з них супроводжується високою летальністю, або зовсім не виліковні. Обумовлений новими міжнародними інтеграційними відносинами розвиток транспортних засобів і міграції сприяли винесенню інфекції за межі ендемічних територій. Занесення карантинних і інших небезпечних інфекційних захворювань відмічені в багатьох країнах європейського і северо-амеріканського континентів, у тому числі і до України, де холера і Віл-інфекція придбали епідемічний розвиток. Проведений аналіз міжнародних транспортних зв'язків і міграції населення в Україні дозволили виявити різний ступінь епідемічної небезпеки занесень особливо небезпечних інфекційних захворювань в різні регіони країни. Пропонована схема розподілу регіонів по ступеню епідемічної небезпеки, заснована на вивченні інтенсивності і спрямованості транспортних зв'язків і міграційних процесів усередині кожного адміністративного суб'єкта країни, на думку авторів повинна лягти в основу планування заходів щодо санітарної охорони території країни від занесення і розповсюдження карантинних і інших особливо небезпечних інфекцій.; At the end of the 20th century on the background of epizootic and epidemic processes activation in the natural foci of the plague, yellow fever and stable unfavourable cholera situation a group of new especially dangerous infectious diseases such as hemorrhagic fevers of Lass, Ebola, Marburgh, HIV-infection, Kreutzfeld - Jacobs disease, etc.). The majority of them are accompanied by high fatality rate or are incurable. The development of transport means and migration processes are attributed to the new international integration relations and promote infections spreading from the limits of endemic territories. They have registered the skidding of especially dangerous infections in many countries all over the world and Ukraine is not an exception. In this country cholera and HIV-infection has a character of endemia. The analysis of international transport means and migration into the Ukrainian territory allowed to reveal different degree of endemic danger of especially dangerous infections skidding to the country's different regions. The offer a scheme of the regions division according to the level of endemic danger. This scheme is based on intensity and direction of traffic and migration study inside each administrative unit of the country. The authors believe this scheme should be taken into account for measures of the boundaries sanitary protection planning.
