У статті розглядаються причини запозичень іншомовних термінів у такому надзвичайно консервативному та нормованому функціонально-стилістичному різновиді літературної мови, як мова ділових документів. Як свідчить проведений аналіз, процеси термінологічної модернізації в сучасній чеській діловій мові відбуваються в ситуації конфлікту двох тенденцій — до інтернаціоналізації та до націоналізації, що забезпечує контрольоване поповнення термінології новими елементами, потрібними для називання нових понять, необхідність у вираженні яких виникає під час перекладу документів ЄС.; The article deals with the causes of borrowing foreign terms in such a highly conservative and standardized functional variety of the literary language as the language of business documents. The provided studies allowed to determine that the processes of terminological modernization of the contemporary business Czech are taking place in the situation of the conflict of two tendencies : internalization and nationalization. This ensures the managed inclusion of the new terms needed for naming new concepts during the translation of the European Union documents.
