Виявлення сучасних та предкових субліній штамів родини Beijing у київській популяції Mycobacterium tuberculosis
Чередник, Ю.О.; Анопрієнко, О.В.; Барбова, А.І.; Журило, О.А.
Aims Characterization of M. tuberculosis Beijing family in Kyiv’s clinical strains population by content of «modern» and
«ancient» sublineages as defined by structure of NTF locus. Methods. Multiplex PCR of NTF locus, ETR-VNTR, and
SNP-typing (katG463) of bacterial isolate DNA samples from Kyiv’s patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Results. 19
clinical isolates of M. tuberculosis strains belonged to the PGG-1 by SNP-typing and to two of the most prevalent ETRVNTR Beijing genotypes (42435, 42434) showed NTF-locus structure characteristic to «modern» type. Conclusions.
More samples should be analyzed to determine the proportion of «ancient» Beijing subtypes in Kyiv M. tuberculosis
population. Alternative quick and convenient methods for detection of these sublineages could be considered for more
effective strategy of M. tuberculosis monitoring in Kyiv.
Keywords: Mycobacterium tuberculosis, molecular epidemiology, NTF-locus.

In silico пошук gvp-кластерів Streptomyces globisporus 1912-2
Поліщук, Л.В.
The aims – to find of gvp-clasters in the genome of S. globisporus 1912-2. Methods. The programs BLASTN were used
for in silico analysis of the S. globisporus 1912-2 contigs library. Results. Two gvp-clusters in the library of S. globisporus
1912-2 chromosome fragments were found. One gvp-cluster was localized on Contig 264, the second cluster – on Contig
756 and Contig 781. Both gvp-clusters contain 10 genes in traditional order for streptomycetes cluster: gvpO - A - F - G
- Y - Z - J - L - S - K. Conclusions. In silico analysis of the primary structures of two S. globisporus 1912-2 gvp-clusters
did not find significant homology in their nucleotide sequences, therefore we could suggest that they were orthologous or
significant changes in their primary structures occurred as a results of mutations after duplication.
Keywords: Streptomyces globisporus 1912-2, gvp-claster, homology, chromosomal DNA.

Мустафаева, З.П.
Aims. Systematize genetic resources grenade Punica granatum L. (Punicaceae) by studying and comprehensive assessment
of newly received material in the Absheron peninsula. Methods. Each class and promising form of given production and
biological characteristics based on the methodology «Descriptors on the grenade» Massoud Mars (Spain, 1977), which
is held on a range of important functions by comparing plants under identical conditions. Results. The article presents
the results of the evaluation of local accessions of pomegranate «Shirin Girmizi», «Donuz Burnu», «Ulvi» and «Velez
from Qazyan››, introduced from other regions (Agdash, Goychay), but grown and bear fruit in terms of the Apsheron.
Conclusions. The studies revealed that the studied accessions may be suitable for cultivation in the Absheron peninsula
