Організація матеріалу в словнику синтаксичних термінів української мови Чернобров, Ю. Today the description of syntactic terminology doesn’t satisfy the needs of linguists. Modern dictionaries don’t present the whole amount of terms. So, linguists have an urgent need – to create reference book of new type that will show all terms and the way of their formation. The article deals with recommendations for completing the dictionary of syntactic terminology. It also contains the pattern of entry, that represents evolution of syntactic terms.

In the article the ways of certification of register units and lexicographic sources in the dictionary materials intended for identifying and fixing new words in the modern Ukrainian language are analyzed. Special means are used, such as graphic characters indicating some peculiarities of recording the words in other dictionaries as well as their significance, functional use, etc. This encourages diachronic and synchronic observation of the development of lexical units in language and in lexicographic interpretation.
