Особенности организации тканевого метаболизма у двустворчатого моллюска-вселенца Anadara inaequivalvis Bruguiere
Солдатов, А.А.; Андреенко, Т.И.; Головина, И.В.
Peculiarities of the glucose and protein metabolisms in tissues of Black Sea bivalve mollusks:
Anadara inaequivalvis Bruguiere (invader) и Mytilus galloprovincialis Lam. (mass species)
are compared. It is marked that the metabolism organization in A. inaequivalvis organism has
expressed a tissue specificity. Anaerobic processes predominated in gills and digestive gland
of mollusk under external normoxia conditions. The highest activities of malate and lactate
dehydrogenases against the background of a higher content of lactate and a decreased glucose
concentration in tissues testify to this. Simultaneously, the active protein degradation in gills
and digestive gland of A. inaequivalvis is marked. Free aminoacid pool, aminoacid/protein
index, and urea tissue level were higher than those in M. galloprovincialis. On the contrary, the
foot metabolism of A. inaequivalvis was oriented to aerobic processes. The role of environmental
conditions and mollusk’s behavior in the tissue metabolism organization of this species are
considered.

Peculiarities of the “hatched” wave fields registered by the DSS method on the territory of the
Kirovograd bloсk (Ukrainian shield) are studied. A space anisotropy of the reflection properties
of the Earth’s crust is discovered.

The-generalized Gauss hypergeometric function is considered, and the basic properties of
this function are investigated. Some applications of this function, in particular, to the solution
of a Fredholm integral equation of the first kind are given.

Термодинамическое прогнозирование редокс-взаимодействия микроорганизмов с металлами-окислителями (Hg2+, CrO2−и Cu2+)
Таширев, А.Б.; Галинкер, Э.В.; Андреюк, Е.И.
The results of thermodynamic calculations providing a basic opportunity of growth of microorganisms at ultrahigh concentrations of toxic oxidative metals such as Hg2+, CrO2−
4 , and Cu2+
are given. At a manifold increase in the concentration of metals (from 1·10−8 up to 1.0 mole/l),
their standard redox-potential (E0) increases only by 200. . . 400 mV and does not fall outside
the limits of thermodynamic stability of water. In the presence of Hg (II), Cr (VI), and Cu (II),
the growth of microorganisms is theoretically admissible even at their 1-mole concentration (ac-
cordingly, 10000, 51996, and 63540 ppm). Toxicity of Hg2+, CrO2−
4 , Cu2+ for microorganisms
is defined, first of all, by their high redox-potential (+920, +555, and +440 mV, accordingly).
Metabolic activity of chemoorganotrophic microorganisms is accompanied by a decrease in the
redox-potential of the environment up to −200 · · ·− 400 mV. Microorganisms serve as donors,
and oxidative metals as acceptors of electrons. The potential difference between the donor
(−200. . .−400 mV) and acceptor systems (+440 . . .+920 mV) is equal to 660. . .1320 mV and
predetermines the reduction of Hg2+, CrO2−
4 , and Cu2+ by microorganisms.
