It is revealed that, in patients with AML, the amount of CD80+ CD33+, CD86+CD33+ monocytes is higher in remission than in the first acute period. This testifies to the activation of mechanisms of control over the expression of costimulatory molecules. It is shown that the duration of the first remission increases at a simultaneous expression of molecules CD80+, CD86+ on CD33+ monocytes of peripheric blood. Restoration of parameters of the T-system of immunity (CD3+ CD28+, CD4+, CD8+ lymphocytes) in patients with AML in a period of remission is revealed.

Different kinds of rapidly maturing plants were grown simultaneously at experimental sites under natural conditions at the Chornobyl Exclusion Zone. The content of ¹³⁷Cs in a plant and in the corresponding soil solution and the content of the soil solution in soil were measured. We have first established that, for all investigated plants and experimental sites, the ¹³⁷Cs plant uptake is approximately proportional to the concentration of dissolved ¹³⁷Cs in the soil — to the product of the ¹³⁷Cs content in the soil solution and the content of the soil solution per unit volume of soil.

A considerable decrease of constitutive NO-syntase activity (cNOS) in blood thrombocytes of patients with idiopathic pulmonary hypertension (IPH) is shown. This is the evidence of a decrease of NO synthesis with vaso-dilating properties and an increase of inducible NO-syntase activity (iNOS), that is accompanied by increase of the pool of nitrate-anions (NO–3) and promotes the activation of lipids peroxidation. Activity of Ca2+ — dependent cNOS in blood thrombocytes of patients with IPH increases, and the part of NO–2 of the stable metabolites pool increases under treatment with diltiazem. This is the evidence of the activation of NO pool production with vaso-dilating properties. Treatment with diltiazem doesn't influence the activity Ca2+ — independent iNOS and the NO–3 pool.

<summary type="text">Метод конформационного поиска для длинных полипептидных цепей, основанный на анализе энергетической функции

The algorithm is proposed to search a conformational space of long flexible polypeptide chains. It consists in performing a series of geometry optimization runs by a gradient-based method using the atom-atom pairwise potential sum as a target function. Only a portion of pairwise terms is taken into account in each run. The algorithm was employed for the conformational analysis of the loop-like 125–167 fragment of human serum albumin treating the rest of the molecule as a rigid structure. Several stable conformers of the fragment were obtained that considerably differ by their 3D-structure from the original one. Some of the newly found conformers have no major attractive nonbonded contacts with the protein globule, and some of them form hydrogen bonds with other domains of the molecule. The latter enables us to suppose that the conformational transition of the 125–167 fragment can affect the mutual mobility of domains.
