Віршознавчий семінар до 100-річчя Ігоря Качуровського в Інституті літератури Муравецька, Я. 28 вересня 2018 року в Інституті літератури ім. Т. Г. Шевченка НАН України відбувся всеукраїнський віршознавчий семінар “Поетичні та віршознавчі заповіти Ігоря Качуровського”, приурочений до 100-річчя поета. Це вже третій семінар, проведений на пошану Ігоря Качуровського: перший відбувся 2008 р. до 90-річчя І. Качуровського; другий – 1914 р. в пам'ять про митця (обидва в КНУ ім. Тараса Шевченка).

Збираючи уламки досвіду: теоретична (ре)концептуалізація травми Василенко, В. У статті порушено проблему теоретичної (ре)концептуалізації травми в сучасних літературознавчих, соціокультурних дослідженнях. Зокрема зосереджено увагу на питанні вивчення рецепцій і наслідків психологічної і культурної травм, указано на важливість та ускладнення оприявлення індивідуального та колективного травматичних досвідів. Окрему увагу приділено проблемі психологічних і соціальних механізмів травми, питанню про взаємозв'язок травми з категоріями мови, мовчання, тіла, ідеології.; The paper raises the problem of theoretical (re)conceptualization of understanding trauma in modern literary and sociocultural studies. The conceptual difference, internal logic and contradictions in the studies on psychological and cultural traumas have been noted. Additional attention is focused on the study of receptions and consequences of trauma, experiencing and expressing negative events; a special stress has been made on the importance and complications of pronouncing and manifesting individual and collective traumatic experience. It is found out that the concepts of psychological and cultural traumas, substantiated by the modern researchers’ works, are not mutually exclusive, but complement each other. In general, trauma researchers emphasize the importance of transferring negative memories into a narrative, which gives subjects of traumatic experience the possibility of (re)constructing their identity. A narrative about traumatic experience acquires the status of testimony, which is one of the defining concepts in the trauma studies. The paper also considers the issue of psychological trauma, in particular the problem of the crisis of testimony, the relations between psychoanalytic and legal theories and discourses in the Sh. Feldman’s writings. It explains the idea of the genealogy of trauma, the opposition of mimesis and anti-mimesis in the works by R. Leys. Attention has been drawn to the problem of temporal coherence of the trauma, the conceptual essence of unclaimed experience and the voice of wound in K. Caruth’s studies. In addition, the definition of cultural trauma as a process proposed by N. Smelzer is taken into account, along with his assertion that a cultural trauma does not occur, it is constructed within defined discourses and narratives instead. From this perspective, the works of R. Eyerman and J. Alexander concerning the impact of cultural trauma on the splitting and restoration of identity have been considered. The paper also highlights the problem of psychological and social mechanisms of trauma, the issue of relations between the theory of trauma and the categories of language, silence, body, ideology.

Посттравматичне письмо і риторика відсутності: Бруно Шульц – Жорж Перек – Джонатан Фоєр Гундорова, Т. У статті аналізується феномен текстуалізації травми і зразки посттравматичного письма в доробку Б. Шульца, Ж. Перека та Дж. Фоера. Зокрема досліджено риторику письма Бруно Шульца, а також текстуальне втілення пам'яті у творах наступних генерацій єврейських письменників на тему Голокосту. Риторика пам'яті аналізується в аспекті посттравматичного письма й постпам'яті як одного з актуальних напрямків сучасних культурних студій. Значну увагу приділено аналізу форм посттравматичної нарації в романі “W, або Спомини дитинства” (1975) Ж. Перека і формам інтермедіальності у книзі Дж. Фоера “Дерево кодів” (2010).; The article deals with a phenomenon of textualization of trauma and analyzes the post-traumatic writing in the works by Bruno Shultz, Geoges Perec and Jonathan Safran Foer. In particular, it explores the rhetoric of Bruno Shulz’s writing as well as re-textualization and thematization of memory in the works of the next generation of Jewish authors. The rhetoric of writing is analyzed in the aspect of post-traumatic writing and post-memory as one of the actual trends of contemporary cultural studies. Kabbalah myth that refers to the idea of Holy Book is taken as a pretext for thematization of trauma in the works of the author from Drohobych. In particular, his story “Street of Crocodiles” inscribes traces of ‘emptiness’, ‘white spots’ and splits of the modern world and rhetorically marks a figure of the author’s absence (D. Goldfarb) in Schultz’s writing. The figure of absence refers both to the tragic death of Schulz in 1943 and to the post-Second World War literature on the Holocaust. Using the idea of a double response to trauma, the researcher proposes to consider phenomenon of post-traumatic writing as an analogue to post-memory (the “oscillation between continuation and splitting” in term of M. Hirsch) in the works of the next generation of Jewish writers, in particular the descendants of victims of the Holocaust and migration trauma. Such an intertext is considered through the references to topoi of memory in the works by French writer Georges Perec and American writer Jonathan Foer. The main attention is paid to the analysis of post-traumatic narration form in Perec’s novel “W, or Memorial Childhood” (1975) and of intermediality in Foer’s “The Tree of Codes” (2010).
