Особенности дифференциальной диагностики различных вариантов преждевременного телархе

Abstract

З метою дослідження особливостей діагностики ізольованого передчасного телархе (ПТ) було проведено вивчення гормонального, вегетативного статусів і адаптаційних реакцій у 60 пацієнток у віці від 1 до 6 років з ПТ. Контрольну групу склали 60 здорових дівчаток аналогічного віку з відсутністю ПТ. Виявлено, що при різних варіантах ПТ є характерні порушення вегето-гормонального фону та адаптації.

For the reason studies particularities of the diagnostician of the isolated premature thelarche, autors examined 60 hatients aged 1-6 years old with the symptoms of premature thelarche. The control group had 60 practycaly healsy girls the same age with normal physical and sexual development. In was determined that the patients with premature thelarche had different breaches of the vegetative and hormonal status and the exchange of non-specifical resistantion.
