В данной статье автор анализирует основные причины и предпосылки активного
продвижения Евразийского национального университета им. Л. Н. Гумилева на международном научно
– образовательном пространстве. Автор делает вывод, что стремительный рост популярности вуза
во многом определяется ролью Президента страны, оказывающей всестороннюю поддержку вузу,
ректоров и всего коллектива на протяжении последних 17 лет.
У даній статті автор аналізує основні причини та передумови активного просування
Євразійського національного університету ім. Л. Н. Гумільова на міжнародному науково-освітньому
просторі. Автор робить висновок, що стрімке зростання популярності вузу в чому визначається роллю
Президента країни, що надає всебічну підтримку вузу, ректорів і всього колективу протягом останніх
17 років.
In this article the author analyzes the main causes of the active promotion of the Eurasian National
University the name of L. N. Gumilyova in the international scientific and educational space.
First, the great and everlasting role of national leader NA Nazarbayev, to provide all possible care, support and
attention to his first in the new capital and research and education offspring. At the initiative of the President of
the college received special status, and moved into the category of national universities. In 2005, the President
launched a unique post-Soviet space program to attract reputable foreign professors from leading universities in
the world for training doctors Ph.d, in which the university today has attracted more than 400 well – known and
venerable scientists from the U.S., Great Britain, Italy, Japan, South Korea France, Sweden and other developed
countries. The direct support of the Head of State, a modern material and technical base, which can not boast of
a number of leading European universities. A team of scientists of the University took an active part in the
development of the latest version of the "Doctrine of National Unity of Kazakhstan", which plays today a huge
and positive role in the consolidation of the country's citizens, and to get a decent estimate of domestic and
international experts. At the initiative of our President on the basis of the university created a unique "Center for
the Study of Ethnicity" by experienced experts - theologians, anthropologists, cultural scientists, educators,
psychologists, historians and political scientists.
Second, the management of the university pays great attention to personnel issues. Only in the last three years in
high school were invited about 150 PhDs, which is human capacity almost three modern major regional public
universities in Kazakhstan.
Third, the university has intensified international cooperation with more than 150 leading universities and
research centers in the world. One of the main directions of the development of international cooperation ENU
is to promote the Kazakh language, history and culture abroad. It has become more urgent after the OSCE
Summit in Astana, when Kazakhstan became the object of general attention.
Fourth, the Eurasian University made a bid to receive only the best applicants. Today, every fifth student - it's
the owners of special signs "Altyn Belgi", winners of national and international Olympiads, competitions school
science projects, honors students.
The fifth high school has implemented a unique program of publication of textbooks and teaching materials in
the national language. Thus, only in 2009 – 2012, published more than 80 books and manuals in the state
language.
Sixth science develops by leaps and bounds. For example open Laboratory of engineering specialization and
innovation park.
Seventh, the University of considerable attention is paid to the patriotic and moral education of youth
socialization. When the military department of successful centers of patriotic education. At work taken several
international soldiers who were awarded with orders and medals.
